The VIVIDMax Grip Shoes Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open to permanent legal US residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction of residence) at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void outside of the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia, and wherever else restricted or prohibited by law. 

Individuals in any of the following categories are not eligible to enter or win:

(a) Directors, officers, employees, or agents of Vivid Footwear or their affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, professional advisers, advertising and promotional agencies, or other entities involved in this Sweepstakes.

(b) Individuals who are immediate family members of or who reside in the same household as any individual described above.

Amazon Purchasers Eligibility: In addition to the general eligibility criteria, Amazon customers who have made a valid purchase of VIVIDMax Grip Shoes on Amazon are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

Three (3) lucky winners will be selected each month. Each winner will receive a set of VIVIDMax Grip Shoes in three different colors: Red, Pink, and Blue.

Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by an independent third party or a computer-generated random selection process.  

Winners will be notified via the email address provided during the sign-up process or through direct message on social media. They will be required to respond to the notification within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected.  

- No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of the prize is permitted.
- By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree that Vivid Footwear may use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
- This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Amazon or Instagram.
- All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and will not be shared with any third parties.

By entering this Sweepstakes, participants indicate their full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and the decisions of Vivid Footwear, which are final and binding in all respects. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
