About Vivid Footwear
This is the full slip-on VIVIDMax Grip Footwear. The long lasting foam clog that you're sure to feel relieved, protected and comfortably supported in for feet consuming activities.
The difference is Crocs™ is a brand and clogs are one type of shoes that is produced by Crocs™.
VividEVA™, our branded proprietary is the primary raw material used in the majority of our footwear. VividEVA™ is soft, durable, and allows our material to be non-marking in addition to being extremely lightweight and “rubber-like” in softness and flexibility. The material has good low-temperature toughness, stress-crack resistance, hot and resistance to UV radiation within legal limits. See individual product pages for details.

Delayed Shipments?
Due to reduced staff and social distancing procedures for the health and safety of our employees, we are experiencing delays in fulfilling orders. Please note that it could take up to 10+ days for an order to ship from our warehouse. We are working hard to ship as quickly as possible and we apologize for any inconvenience. Yes, we price match! If an item you buy on our website drops in price within 14 days of your original purchase, we will honor the new online price at your request. The price adjustment will be issued with proof of purchase via a refund back onto your original form of payment.
This price match offer is only valid on purchases made on Vividfootwear.com and we will only match prices listed on the Vivid website.
No refunds or store credit will be given for free items, only a coupon for your next order. Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged and are not subject to price
adjustments.
Vivid Footwear reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
Vivid, Incorporation (“Vivid Footwear”) warrants all of its Vivid ® products (the “Products”), purchased by consumers either directly from Vivid Footwear or from Vivid Footwear authorized resellers (including authorized retail and Internet-based sellers), to be free from manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not extend to Products supplied/sold by unauthorized vendors, whether Internet-based or otherwise. This warranty does not apply to any defects in the Products arising
from normal usage, fair wear and tear, damage by you, or any alteration or repair carried out without our approval.
Under no circumstances shall Vivid be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. There are no warranties which extend beyond those indicated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to the Products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
If your Product develops a defect while under warranty, you should contact Vivid Footwear as indicated below, and any defective Product, at Vivid Footwear instruction, may be returned to the below address for an exchange or refund with receipt or proof of purchase. If you do not have a receipt or it is past the 90-day window, we cannot replace your item, but we would love to help you find a new pair. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

If you received Vivid Shoes as a gift, we'd be happy to exchange it if the product is unworn and doesn't quite work for you.
You can call us at 1-813-535-6492, email us to get a gift exchange set up. We will need to know the style of the footwear that you will be replacing, the reason for the exchange, and your email address. When your footwear is returned, we will be happy to send you a replacement pair.
RETURN POLICY
Item(s) are available for return once they have shipped. A full refund, excluding shipping charges, will be issued on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 business days to the original form of payment. Items that are beyond 30 days from that date will no longer be available for return.
Our returns take up to 10-14 business days to process after we receive the package.
Please note that it may take additional time to post your account depending on your bank or financial institution. If there is a quality issue with your item, go up one more tab for our warranty policy.

VIVIDMax Grip offers slip-resistance that meets or exceeds industry standards. Please note that while they are slip-resistant, they are not completely slip-proof.
Please use general caution, as you would in any other shoe. Remember, they are very grippy on wet surfaces and even on ice, although we would not recommend a lack of caution on ice in any footwear.
They are best in 1-3 inches of mud and on wet floors, wet decking they are pretty secure. 14 traction blocks distributes your body's weight among the blocks meaning it delegates the pressure and lightens the impact on your foot.
Our branded proprietary VividEVA™, is the primary raw material used in the majority of our footwear and some of our accessories. VividEVA™ is soft, durable, and allows our material to be non-marking in addition to being extremely lightweight.
Vivid clogs shoes are made of VividEVA™. VividEVA is an elastomeric polymer that produces materials, which are “rubber-like” in softness and flexibility. The material has good low-temperature toughness, stress-crack resistance, hot and resistance to UV radiation. Vivid shoes that are not made entirely of VividEVA material may contain other products within legal limits. See individual product pages for details.
Cleaning your Vivid Clogs is easy and only takes a few items to get them looking and feeling new again.
VividEVA MATERIAL
For Clogs, slides, and other styles made only with VividEVA foam material, hand wash or spot clean with mild soap and cold water or use your washing machine’s gentle cycle.
AIR DRY
After cleaning, all styles should be air dried only. Exposure to extreme heat, sun, dishwashers, washing machines, or hot cars can cause the shoes to shrink or warp.

WHAT IS AFTERPAY?
Afterpay is a payment service allowing us to offer customers the ability to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Place an order with Vivid Footwear using Afterpay as your payment method. You'll then be required to pay for the order in four installments, due every two weeks. Even better, it's completely interest-free when you pay on time!
WHO CAN USE AFTERPAY?

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?
Orders must be below $1000. Afterpay is not available on gift cards. Instant Refunds
If you want to use your refund without waiting for us to process your return, you can select the Instant Refund option, if available. Instant refunds are either refunded to your credit card or issued as an VividFootwear.com Gift Card balance. You'll still need to return your items within 30 days.
When returning an item, you have the option to choose your preferred refund method in the Online Returns Center MAX Footwear.
After the carrier receives your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the carrier delivers the item to our Returns Center.
